Marketing audit + brand strategy review · South Jersey

Know where to start.
Know what comes next.

Before another post, another shoot or another website, get clear on what needs attention. We review your message, website, content and local visibility, then put the next steps in an order that fits your goals.

Start with a free 45-minute Google Meet consultation. The audit is a separate paid engagement.

A paid review across your marketing

What the Fresh Start Audit reviews.

Choose the audit when several parts of your marketing need attention and you want an outside view of what to address first. The work covers four connected areas.

Your brand and message

Look at how you explain the business, who the offer is for and what a customer needs to understand before choosing you.

Your website and the steps customers take on it

Review the website and the steps customers take to find information, make contact or follow the intended action.

Your content and marketing channels

Assess what your photos, video and marketing channels communicate, review local visibility, and identify where useful information or original material is missing.

A prioritized plan for what to address

Receive a prioritized action roadmap that brings the findings together. It gives the next work a clear starting point.

Direction before production

A roadmap you can use.

An order of operations helps you avoid creating content before you know its job. Here is one way to think through priorities for a fictional local service business whose website does not clearly explain its main offer.

Illustrative planning example · Now / Next / Later

Now

Make the offer clear.

Decide which service the page should explain, who it helps and what customers should do next. Confirm the facts behind the message before writing claims.

Next

Show the work behind the message.

Plan real team, process or service images around that page. Put the useful explanation, relevant proof and contact path together.

Later

Build a repeatable publishing plan.

Use the clarified offer and available assets to answer recurring customer questions. Choose a pace the team can maintain, then review what needs attention.

A planning example for a fictional business. It is not a client roadmap or a result. Now, Next and Later show order, not deadlines, and your audit roadmap depends on what the review finds.

Different questions, different starting points

Choose the work you actually need.

Free consultation

Free · 45 minutes

A Google Meet conversation about your business, your goals and whether we are the right fit. We suggest a next step. It is not the audit and does not produce a written strategy.

Fresh Start Audit

Paid · scope and fee confirmed before work

A review of your message, website, content and local visibility that ends in a prioritized action roadmap. Choose this when several things need attention and you are not sure where to start. Ask about it on a free consultation; scope and fee are confirmed before any paid work begins.

Brand Messaging & Offer Clarity

$449 USD base price · focused paid service

For one offer that needs clearer language: a separate 45-minute paid working session, value proposition, short pitch, three headline/supporting-copy/CTA alternatives and a concise voice guide.

Scope before commitment

Bring the context. Confirm the boundaries.

What to bring

  • Your main business goal, intended audience and the decision you are trying to make.
  • Links to your current website and public channels, plus relevant existing brand and content materials.
  • Common customer questions, proof you can verify, and practical limits on budget, time and team capacity.

What to confirm first

  • The review focus and materials to assess.
  • The exact scope, fee, inputs and delivery date before paid work starts.
  • Who needs to take part, who approves facts and how the agreed roadmap will be handed over.

Not part of the audit

  • Website changes, content production, publishing and ongoing marketing.
  • Logo design and a visual identity system.
  • Market research and broader strategy or message development.

A clear sequence

Talk, review, prioritize.

Start with the business question. Agree on the paid review before asking your team to prepare materials or commit to implementation.

  1. 01

    Confirm the right starting point.

Use the free consultation to discuss goals and fit. If the audit is useful, confirm its scope, fee, inputs and delivery date.

  2. 02

    Review the agreed materials.

Look across the message, website, content and channels with your business context in view. Distinguish what is unclear from what already supports the customer’s next step.

  3. 03

    Set the order of work.

Bring the findings into a priority action roadmap. Decide which recommendations your team can handle and which need a separate project.

Before we begin

Good questions about strategy.

01How is the audit different from the free consultation?

The free 45-minute Google Meet consultation is an initial conversation about your business, goals and fit. The Fresh Start Audit is a separate paid review of your brand, website, content and local visibility, with a priority action roadmap.

02Does the audit include a complete brand strategy or visual identity?

No. The audit is a focused review that ends in a prioritized roadmap. It does not include logo design or a visual identity system. If one offer needs clearer wording, the focused Brand Messaging service covers that. Broader positioning and message development are outside this audit.

03What information should I share?

Bring your main goal, current website and public channel links, existing brand and content materials, common customer questions and any proof you can verify. We confirm the required inputs before the paid review starts.

04Is implementation included?

The audit provides review and direction. Website changes, photography, video, publishing and ongoing marketing are separate work unless specifically included in a written scope.

05How much does the audit cost?

We confirm the audit’s scope and fee with you before any paid work begins. The free consultation is the place to ask.

06Is the audit the same as The Fresh Start?

No. The Fresh Start Audit is a paid marketing review that ends in a prioritized roadmap, with no photo or video shoot. The Fresh Start is a separate package built around a 2–4 hour photo and/or video session, with a strategy audit, planning, editing and a marketing plan. We can help you decide which fits.
