Information you choose to share
FMP may receive information you choose to provide when you call, email, schedule a meeting, request a content analysis, or send a project estimate. The optional estimator form can include your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, project note, session address when entered, calculator selections, and non-binding estimate. The site does not create a visitor account or store estimator submissions in a first-party lead database.
How inquiry information is used
FMP uses inquiry information to respond, prepare for conversations, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and improve the experience of working together. FMP does not sell personal information.
Google scheduling and connected services
Consultation and analysis appointments are handled through Google Calendar and may use Google Meet. Information submitted through those services is processed under Google's terms and privacy practices. Social platforms and any other external websites linked from this site are governed by their own policies.
Estimator email delivery and security
When you ask to send an estimate, the website transmits the submitted contact details and server-verified estimate to FMP through Resend, a transactional email provider. Your email address is used as the reply address so FMP can respond. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser, network, and security signals to distinguish a person from automated abuse. These services operate under their own privacy practices. The estimator form is for project follow-up, not enrollment in a marketing list.
Travel-distance calculation
For content-project estimates, you may enter a session address or explicitly ask the browser to use your current location. The website sends that destination and FMP's private travel origin to Google Routes to calculate approximate one-way driving mileage. The route request is processed only when you choose one of those actions. FMP does not send the address, coordinates, or calculated route to Google Analytics. If you submit the estimate, a typed session address and the resulting mileage may be included in the email to FMP; coordinates obtained through the browser are not included.
Analytics—only with your permission
FMP uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and consented interactions such as consultation clicks, content-analysis clicks, Fresh Start checkout initiation, and visits returned from PayPal. Google's analytics script is not requested until you choose “Accept analytics.” FMP does not use advertising or remarketing scripts on this site and does not send non-allowlisted query details to analytics. A PayPal return-page visit is not treated as independent proof of purchase.
You can change or revoke your choice on this device at any time. Declining disables further Google Analytics collection and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies from this site.
Partner relationships
Some editorial pages include clearly marked partner links. Fresh Marketing & Productions participates independently in the accessiBe Partner Program and may earn a commission when a visitor purchases through a marked accessiBe link. The destination service handles its own account, analytics, and checkout activity under its terms and privacy practices. FMP does not receive the payment-card information entered with that service.
PayPal payment processing
The Fresh Start checkout is hosted by PayPal. Payment credentials are entered on PayPal rather than this website and are processed under PayPal's terms and privacy practices. FMP may receive the purchaser, contact, payment, and transaction information PayPal makes available to the seller so the service can be confirmed and fulfilled.
Essential hosting and security data
The hosting provider may process basic request and technical information—such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, timestamps, and security signals—to deliver the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
Device preferences
The site uses browser storage for device-local preferences: the selected light or dark theme; analytics consent status, policy version, and choice timestamp; whether the Fresh Content Analysis prompt has recently been dismissed or used; and a short-lived, allowlisted identifier for the most recently selected FMP checkout offer. The offer identifier is kept in the current tab for up to six hours so the PayPal return page can show relevant next steps. The return page may also read a recognized offer identifier from its URL; unknown values are ignored and the canonical page address stays unchanged. Estimator contact details, addresses, coordinates, and form submissions are not saved to browser storage.
Retention and choices
FMP keeps inquiry and client information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, business records, and legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information FMP holds, subject to applicable requirements.
